Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our hassle-free process ensures you get back on the court as quickly as possible.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or visit our online returns portal to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Gear
Place the unused items, including all original tags and shoe boxes, into a sturdy shipping container. Please do not use the manufacturer's shoe box as the main shipping box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location. Keep your tracking number for reference until the return is processed.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
