How long does shipping take for tennis equipment?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Express options are available at checkout if you need your racket or gear ready for a match sooner.
Can I return a racket after I have played with it?
We only accept returns on rackets in brand-new condition with the plastic wrap still on the handle. Once the racket has been used or the grip wrap removed, it is no longer eligible for return.
Do you offer professional stringing services?
Yes, we offer a professional stringing service. You can select your preferred string and tension when purchasing a new racket, and our experts will prepare it to your specifications before shipping.
How do I know which tennis shoe size to order?
We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. We recommend measuring your foot in centimeters and comparing it to our brand-specific guides, as fit can vary between Nike, Adidas, and Asics.
